Exchange and Return



We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be glad to accept a return or exchange.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply log-in to your account go to the return section find your order and request for return or exchange authorization.. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. 
  
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Credits applied to Bill Me Later accounts may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your statement (up to one full billing cycle). Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.

For your protection, we recommend you send your return via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Postage is required on all return packages, however, your exchange is shipped back to you freight free. Please do not use the product box as your shipping box. We are only able to refund freight if the product is defective and you need an Exchange or a shipping error is made on our part.

Please Note we are extra cautious when it gets to the boots that are being customized to your calf size therefore return for customized boots are not excepted.
